I have been wanting to do this for quite some time now. This morning I went to Starbucks with the letter in hand, the drive through line had more than 10 cars so I decided to go inside and when I placed my order I handed the barista the letter and told her I wanted to pay for the next car in line and please have the cashier give this letter to the recipient. I didn’t care if it would end up being a single order or if the person was ordering for their office and when asked if I wanted a receipt I politely said no thank you, she then took my card and said it would be $4 something. Nothing extreme but it really felt good to do. I also purchased a beverage for a co-worker who’s birthday is tomorrow. I love giving and how it makes my heart feel.
